Build: Anko is small, busty, and lean. She’ll never be a master of speed (though she is fast), but she makes up for it by being able to weather through injury until she can land her seals and/or poisons.
Abilities: Anko follows after her sensei and excels in fuinjutsu. She also has snake summons. She works for T&I, and excels in stealth and poisons.
Attire: Standard issue jounin uniform, black. Covered completely. She does not like to be touched and does not like exposing skin.

If she’s bullying you, you’re okay. Anko’s surface personality is what you would expect it to be: loud and harsh, with no room to humor stupidity or mistakes, and no time to waste on silence.

Those who know her better know her in her quiet moments, and outside the absolutes and ultimatums she spews at the world daily. Alone she is a book nerd, a lover of sweet drinks, and days spent cooped up in her apartment studying ancient seals and the philosophies of forbidden jutsu.

She lives very much in a gray world, where the morality of a choice depends greatly on the situation.

She is not loyal to Konoha. Anko is loyal to the people – to the close friends she has and the weird, dysfunctional family she managed to create in spite of everything.

Canon divergent: She is almost always in a standard-issue black jounin outfit. Anko despises touch unless it is on her terms. Touching her without her permission (or outside of training) is a quick way to have her turn on you. That’s a privilege that belongs to people she greatly trusts, and even then only to be used sparingly.

Underneath her clothes she is covered in seals - near a hundred of them she created and applied. Most are single use, and some are designed to trigger after certain events (example: unconsciousness.) She doesn’t necessarily hide that she has them, but she is not forthcoming about what they do – she is a kunoichi, after all.

Don’t be too put off by her sharp tongue and caustic nature. She doesn’t mean a bit of it. But it’s going to get worse before it gets better, and any attempt at honest friendship will be a work in progress.
